- Sharp knife 
- Baking sheet 
- Brush for oiling 
- 1 large cauliflower
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Preheat oven to 425°F. 
- Trim cauliflower, leaving core intact. 
- Slice into 3/4-inch thick steaks. 
- Mix seasonings and brush onto both sides. 
- Roast for 20 minutes, flip, and roast another 15-20 minutes. 
- Garnish and serve hot. 
- 
Adjust seasonings to taste.
- 
Serve with tahini sauce or balsamic drizzle for extra flavor.
