- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder optional
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried optional
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp warm water
- Flaky sea salt for topping
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, flax seeds, sesame seeds, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary.
Add olive oil and warm water. Mix until a soft dough forms.
Place dough between two sheets of parchment paper. Roll to 1/8-inch thickness.
Remove top sheet, score into squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
Transfer with parchment to baking sheet. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top.
Bake for 18–22 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Let cool completely on wire rack for maximum crunch.
