Gluten Free Energy Bites Recipe

- 1 cup gluten-free purity protocol oats
- 6 tbsp peanut butter or sunflower seed butter for nut-free
- ¼ cup vanilla protein powder
- ¼ cup almond milk or milk of choice
- 2 tbsp mini chocolate chips optional
Place oats, peanut butter, protein powder, and milk into your food processor.
Pulse until the mixture forms a thick, cookie dough–like consistency.
Adjust texture: if too dry, add milk a teaspoon at a time; if too sticky, add oats.
Fold in chocolate chips if using.
Roll into 1-inch balls.
Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
Always choose certified gluten-free oats to prevent cross-contamination.
For extra sweetness, add 1–2 tbsp maple syrup or honey.
